Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He'll be another year older then. Who knows what can happen in a year.

If he goes for free to whoever then I'll console myself with the fact we've had his absolute best years.

Personally I don't think he'll go anywhere that'll tarnish his time with us so that rules out the Chavs. Poch or no Poch.

Keep him until it's out of our hands.
Just saying the bigger risk is him going to a rival (as opposed to not getting a fee). I would take a risk on both and keep him too, fuck it though if Boehly /new ManU owners/Saudis offer150M (I think they might) then would take it…. Less than 100M, stay

Because he could offer more in a season than the 75M fee. CL qualification generates more than that.

The risk if he goes for free is that we have no control of his new club, he might think Chelsea, after a year of Poch is a good fit or god forbid the other lot

I'be be very surprised if he goes to Chelsea

Why? Because they won’t pay most? Poch will be an attraction but I don’t think he will this summer, could appeal next year if they finish say 3rd next season and Poch gets them pulling

No I don't think he has it in him to move there after being with us for all this time, he's not an uber cunt like Campbell.

He’s built such a good rapport with the fans over the years, and with only a few years left of his playing career, I doubt he’d risk losing that rapport by going to Chelsea or the Gooners.

There are so many other options (even within the PL) for him to choose other than those two London clubs.

Our fan base is basically retired now. Can hardly muster a chant, will hardly be comparable to the hate Campbell got. Dead club, apathy throughout. No-one will really care

I think people just fundamentally don't view this in the right way.

Post-Kane Tottenham beckons one way or the other. How do we maximize the success of post-Kane Tottenham? How do we ensure post-Kane Tottenham isn't in danger of finding itself in scary parts of the table?

We need to be building that NOW. You can do that with Kane still on the team and leaving for free in 12 months, in theory, but can you do so well?

Personally I don't think its a gimme Poch and Chelsea are this match made in heaven which a lot of people think. Its far from certain things will go swimmingly next season and Harry would go to them .Poch is not some sort of messiah he has shortcomings as a manager .

How do you build on shit foundations?

Fuck the money, keep Kane at all costs. True Spurs legend, I don't want to see him in another team's shirt.

I've said some shit on this forum in my time over the last few years but to suggest we will be a better team without him is utter lunacy. What he has done in this abomination of a team this season is far far beyond what haaland has done in the city side. 30 goals in this team this season is absolutely remarkable.
