Remember, the longer Levy leaves the managerial and DoF appointments, the less time there is to then identify targets and spend money over the summer. This shit is all calculated.

For the Spurs squad the plan for most of the players will be to SELL

Completely out of Europe and with many question marks about the club's future, I would not be shocked if we see much the same side as we've been watching in recent weeks.

Levy won't be about to open the purse for big transfers. His pattern since sacking Poch has been trying to find someone who can get more out of the players already here.

Lots,of talk, about Rúben Amorin but what about the managers of the top 2 clubs in Portugal, Roger Schmidt at Benfica with 77+% win percentage and Sérgio Conceição at Porto with 73+% win rate both higher than Amorin.
Thomas Franke has also impressed me a lot this season.

Nah. Whoever comes in will have a handful of targets in mind straight away. It's not like they're in a cocoon until they walk into the bright lights of N17. The managers will do their due diligence too. I wouldn't be surprised if players aren't suggested in negotiations.

Is it possible nothing gets announced regarding Manager and DOF until Scott Munns official first day at the club.

As far as I'm aware club announced Nuno end of June and Munn starting 1st of July.
