I think Ange has some really good ideas and sets Celtic up in a style that on paper would translate well to the modern Premier League. The thing is though, that the board needs to own this decision and go all in on backing their man. That's just something that isn't going to happen with these clowns, especially for someone as low profile as Postecoglou. If for example none of our fullbacks suit his system (which they don't), can you really see Levy and board saying "Yep, we'll move on all of those wingbacks we spent a ton of money on to back our guy"? No they won't, we won't get to see his ideas implemented because this club likes to buy players on a scattergun transfer policy and get someone in to try and flick a switch that turns donkeys into footballers. It's the way football clubs were run in the 2000s but in 2023. If they weren't willing to back Nagelsmans vision they sure won't back Anges.

Well regardless of the fact, I don't think it's hard to coach patterns of play and cohesive front foot football if you have the players, Brighton have the 3rd lowest wage bill in the league yet play arguable the best football in the league so what's their excuse, they have players earning 1/5 of what the top players earn, I don't think your point makes much sense.
