I’m well on board with this. Exciting in my eyes. He plays good football, everyone who’s played for him speaks so highly, and he wants to be here, he understands the fans.


As much as Levy is a dick, a proper twat, he knows not being in Europe stings the finances as much as it does the team, so he’ll want that fixed quick sharp. He also knows thoroughly that he’s now seen as a problem by those amongst him, the media and other managers. He’ll know he has to get this right.
 
Not really sure who many would want if it wasn't Ange. Nagelsmann and Slot were ruled out. Who would people have gone for instead? As I've posted above, I'm quite happy with this appointment.

How do you know he wasn't our number one target all along? We did deny any interest in JN and Slot said we never made an approach.

I have a question for you...would you have been reacting like this if we got De Zebri when Brighton did?

We weren't without a manager when De Zerbi joined Brighton so not sure what your point is.

I'd take him now for sure, he made his name in Italy anyway. You know, a proper league.

This is going to be fun. I never got a good feeling about Mourinho or Conte when they were appointed but I do about Ange. I honestly believe we will get back to enjoying watching our team again. That’s what we all want and when it clicks we will be back where we should be.
We need to give this guy a chance because he will make us better. We can’t have this shit negative attitude anymore. It’s constant just now and we are getting shown up for something I never thought our fans were.

Fantastic appointment. Much needed fresh direction. If he rebuilds, football is full throttle he gets the time he needs from me. Saw us win 1 FA Cup and 2 league cups in my lifetime. Just want to enjoy watching spurs again

I’m not saying I was keen , I m open minded on who ever was chosen with perhaps the exception of Rodgers but I’m looking at the bigger picture in finding out about the guy every thing is positive he’s style of play, how he deals with players the media etc plus I think a low profile under the radar appointment is what we need after Mourinho & Conte and their baggage……..as for no 1 target it doesn’t always work that way if you get it.

I don’t think our fans are overly negative. Just happens that the only unmoderated forum for the club happens to have a collection of utter cunts posting on it.

People that couldn’t get away with their bullshit anywhere else and enjoy the attention they get from their dozen or so brethren.

Fuck them all. If this guy comes in, he gets my support and a chance to prove himself worthy of a position with this fine club. Giving support = supporter. Be great if everyone could understand this.
