I would like to agree with you but on a slightly different side of the coin , im a celtic fan and we have all just renewed out STs and to now think we're losing our manager is a blow .... hope he doesn't go

I want to enjoy going to games again- a year ago I’d never heard of him though vaguely remembered him as Australia manager - I do still have a few reservations but having like a fair few done a bit of research I genuinely think he could be brilliant for us - he has passion and a hard work ethic - we are talking about regaining our identity and dna - he could do just that- and hopefully the football will at a very minimum be entertaining- I’m happy to give him a go

The way Ange plays is he’ll have one defensive midfielder to cover when the full back goes. Porro will flourish under him. At Celtic they have Greg Taylor at left back and was a 6 out of 10 player. Ange has turned him into a fantastic left back now and is a stand out most weeks.
I really don’t want Kane to go but if we can get £100 million minimum for him now maybe it’s time to press the reset button and revamp how this team plays. I think Sonny will definitely be here next season.

I'm not at all convinced by that outdated shouty/sweary approach. It may have been effective 20 years ago, but not nowadays. Let's hope that video isn't the norm. These days players like to be told they are zee light boolbs and something fucking electric cables and switches - something they don't understand - then they get all motivated. A modern manager has to be a Messiah, not a monster.

At least we figured out that we won’t get far getting super name managers and not backing them. Ange seems a coach with a similar profile to Redknapp and Poch.
What we need is Ange to pretend to hide pennies in the players boots. That'll get them revved up.
