So Ange likes to play a pressing game , but we all know we don’t have the players for that. He will have worked out he will need to do the opposite . First club to have depressing as its go to tactic .


Actually I am going to accentuate the positive, we are in a mess with zero feel good factor. I think if Ange gets us playing a style that makes us not want to blind ourselves, combined with his engaging personality he might just get a few of us fully on board. We should not be upset if we struggle to adapt initially , he deserves our backing for a season . He is taking over a club that on the football side is a veritable basket case and laughing stock .

Lets give him time , hoping Levy does not blow this now , I will not be able to be so charitable towards Brenton
 
It looks increasingly likely that, the Aussie will be our next manager soon.
Obviously we wish him well, although it's not the signing I was looking for, but I reckon the new football director has swung this.
It's very underwhelming appointment, that speaks volumes about the ambition levels of levy/ENIC.
Could be a very tough season coming, possibly losing Harry, and I suspect not a lot of money to spend on transfers.
If we get 7th or 8th next season, that, would be an achievement in itself.

Like we were when they were bottom of the table less than a couple of years ago? At the very least he will get us playing front foot footy and take the games to our opponents unlike the reactionary bullshit we've had to put up with recently. No one has any idea how this will work out unlike with Conte when we knew exactly how it would end.

Not one of my top 3 choices to replace Conte, but if he is the one, then I will back him and hope that he’s does well here as it means that we, as a club, have done well.

But to have any form of success, we need to upgrade our gk and defence.

Was far from my 1st choice, But his ideas and his profile definitely fit, he seems an excellent communicator too.

Hopefully with Munn being at the club now it might help with this whole transition from what we been doing the last few years.

Definitely feels a bit more Redknapp and Jol than others imo.

We're underdog's in this League, so is he...it might just work.

Will fully back the man once he is appointed, hope the club does too.
