If we buy Maddison, suspect this means <50mil being dropped on LCB. Then a few things start pointing towards Maguire. Apart from price/english/home grown/Prem experience, if Kane has asked for him, Levy will see an opportunity to make Kane feel more invested in the Spurs project, hoping this will increase his chances of re-signing. I could see Raya/Maddison/Maguire for the first team, and then some 'prospects' and opportunitic stuff.
