I'm amazed that the Daily Express is still a thingAh. A negative article in the press so it must be true.
If that had been a positive article, you and your ilk would have said it was just the Express so probably made up nonsense.

Even Messi has shots who finish up at row Z.For a WB. I seem to recall quite a few wild shots into row z. Though, compared to Kulu, who is exceptionally shot shy and quite poor when he does try, Porro does seem the better option in that regard.
He's one of the better Spurs journos, although if I'm not mistaken he's a Woolwich supporter.
My issue with Porro has nothing to do with him. I think he’s got the potential to be a great player. My issue is simply that we had far greater needs at other positions compared to RWB. A player for a formation that we most likely wouldn’t be playing in the near future.Have I misunderstood?
People are saying it was wrong to want Porro to get signed?
Him supporting Woolwich doesn’t really have any bearing on his reporting integrity to be fair. He’s doing a job for a well respected sports editorial, it’s in his best interest to do his job to the best of his ability. He's one of the better Spurs journos, although if I'm not mistaken he's a Woolwich supporter.
Oh absolutely, that's why I mentioned at the beginning that he's a good/ great Spurs journalist. But it's also a reason why I can never put him on the same category as Ali Gold (as painful as he is to listen to because of how slowly he talks) or Jack-Pitt Brooke.Him supporting Woolwich doesn’t really have any bearing on his reporting integrity to be fair. Really? On the TFC podcast the other day he was talking in terms of we... we... we... we... throughoutHe's one of the better Spurs journos, although if I'm not mistaken he's a Woolwich supporter.

Muddle is leaving sadly. And a properly run club would say that we have Bissouma, Bentencaur, Skipp, Winks, Hojbjerg, Sarr, Lo Celso, Ndombele, Kulusevski all playing in midfield. Add to that Mundle and Devine who are vying for inclusion in our senior squad.
11 players, for 2 or 3 spots - and no European football.
Maybe ask the coach if any of them do the job before we splash out 50m?
Condidering my OG post. It effectively is..... And that's the answer.......
Peps been converting CBs (in this context; the proverbial cloth) for the inverted FB thingy rather than his FBs. By contrast we'd be seeking to convert WBs into doing that job.
Still a bit apart on figures but it sounds like from that that there’s a will from both clubs to get it done.
Lost meI would imagine Udogie would be used as someone who underlaps our winger and gets forward. With our two centre backs and right back pushing over and Hojbjerg/Skipp/Bentancur dropping deep.
I think in attack we're ultimately going to look like this :
STOverloads, unpredictability but more importantly always someone available. Udogie underlapping. Wingers staying wide, though when they come inside in between the lines, Udogie drops a tad deeper and a bit wider. Lone 6 to control but also capable of dropping between the centre halves.
LW... Udogie..... CM.... RW

Where did £100 million come from? Anyway , transfer fees are usually paid over the length of the contract which I never get, so if we buy Madison for £40million on a 5 year deal that’s £8million a year, or is there a sum paid upfront and the balance over 5 years. Anyone know exactly how it works?Ah. A negative article in the press so it must be true.

Anyone who disagrees with this post is wrong. And we all know who they are.
