Bit of an insulting offer from Bayern, but in negotiations you never go in with your maximum offer from the off. They'd need to stump up at least £80m guaranteed to get Levy to sit at the table.

If Kane does push to leave now, then we need to sell him as quickly as possible to give Ange a good time period to replace him.
Kane will not go to Germany, full stop.

Which elite players go to Germany? Zero league appeal.

Id be more worried if an offer from Real came in.

And €70m….My money says Levy’s got more in his Vinted account👍👍

God help us if he's the best we can do.

He's too passive and simply refuses to engage in duels unless forced to. He'd be a woeful signing. I doubt I'd even take him over Lenglet if I'm honest with you. I don't want either.

Going from being linked to Tapsoba to ending up with Pau fucking Torres would be fucking depressing
Torres is a shade better than Tapsoba imo. Similar ability in the air though Tapsoba is more aggressive, both reserved about when they attack the ball. Think Torres has improved a lot physically the last 2 years, his positioning is very smart when team is in possession and would be a good partner for Romero I think. Torres is really good at defending set pieces aerially, a lot better than Tapsoba, Vdv, Kilman, most guys we've been linked to really except for Bremer. And in possession he's one of the best cb's in the sport. Just a very underrated player, who yes, can be outmuscled at times and will cough up the odd goal. But adds way more than he takes away. Tapsoba would cost us more goals per season than Torres imo, much flaking defender. Tapsoba has him beat for pace and aggression, but I think after a month or two of him playing for Villa most people will think we should have signed him. (Still think he could end up at Bayern, if they sell L Hernandez.)

We'll see. I've seen more than enough of Torres to form my opinion on him that, he's gash.

The fact its Villa that are after him tells me all I need to know really.

Full stop ......are you his mate or something, how can you be so sure

Bayern are not going balls deep for a player if they haven't had an indication from the player himself that he would be interested. Stereotype I know, but the Germans are famed for their efficiency and they wouldnt be wasting their time bidding for Kane if their wasn't a chance of him joining.

We got any chance of getting him?

I think Richarlison and Son will bear the responsibility next season if Kane leaves. The players good enough to effectively replace him are those we cannot afford.

Clearly sticking a formal bid in they know will be rejected but hoping to unsettle Kane.

They will hope that Kane will not show up for training.

Almost identical tactics from Charlie Kane as the City fiasco.

Same BS low bid as well.

Seems neither Bayern nor City take Charlie Kane seriously or he's really dumb and told them to submit a stupidly low bid.

Very much doubt Kane is risking his Spurs legacy with a no show to training. he's the record scorer now.

Bayern are trying to work out how much of a discount they will get, for taking Kane out of the PL.

I expect it would have to be £80million alongside generous add-ons.

I’d be gutted to see him go, but Bayern is categorically the best place for him to go in purely selfish fan terms.

Dunno tbh, you'd imagine so if Villa do. I know there's the Emery factor there. That's another thing, Emery is no fool, he's coached the player before and wants to bring him to the league. Tapsoba is a talented player but he'll give you some head-in-hand moments defending low crosses etc

Not Pau - Lucas Hernandez. Quick google shows that PSG are the ones interested .. so probably not.

But I've liked the little I've seen of him.

Three children under 6 and a fourth on the way. Wants to be the all time Premier League goal scorer. Bayerns last CL win was 2013, so what’s the appeal? To probably win the German League? Just got another house in Surrey…I just don’t see the appeal and regardless, €70m offer doesn’t even get you Levys voicemail….
