Point being, he's played 75%+ of Spurs' matches for ages. He's rotated through multiple positions at the club throughout his career.

Yes, there's tons of supporters that would like to see him sold. But as long as he's being played and making money, you're barking up the wrong tree thinking he would just decide to quit. Talking a load of rubbish about him "not having pride" for it is just nonsense.

You’re wrong.
Dier has a pretty limited window to be a high earner.
He’s wealthy but by no means super wealthy.
A difference of 2 million a year for the rest of his career is going to make a very big difference in his net worth.

what are you on about? as long as hes played? the whole conversation started due to it looking like hes not going to be played, and the club it looks like wants him out, due to him not getting his contract renewal. him coming out and saying he wants to stay and fight for his place is delusion and not reading the room. hes hanging about like a bad smell! hes not fucking good enough, the club want to go places and dump the incompetence off.

either way its a shit look for him. hes either too thick to read the room and lacks awareness. or hes hanging about to rob the club for as much as he can....either one aint good for him. it also damages his next move as what clubs going to want a player that wanted to hang about like a bad smell for an extra year just to nick a few quid . no ambitious club would want that on their books.

depends what you call super wealthy! anyone with a net worth of 10m aint going to be going hungry before they die. by the time he retires hell be worth 20m....is that not enough?
