I agree VDV and Tosin are two fairly cheap low risk punts. You do wonder why are we not aiming higher with a marquee signing plus a young talent instead.
Vicario, Maddison, Solomon, VDV and Tosin barely scratch 100m. Woolwich are spending double that.

Always thought it was dependant on costs. If we can get one of them for cheaper than intended, I imagine we could get both in.
In shifting to using analytics, I don't think marquee signings and what other clubs spend really matters. Maybe the analytics approach won't work, but its worth a shot.
