It's easy to point at the scouts and say that they did a bad job scouting him. And maybe they did. But given that Poch personally pushed for him there may also be the possibility that he ignored any and all warnings regarding Tanguy's personality. He wouldn't be the first manager to do that in the history of football.True that lots of fans were ignoring them, but the stories were out there in the public domain about his training/attitude, they weren't hard to find. I wonder what our scouting network was up to!
