That's so weird...
Try emailing back but going full emotive saying you feel let down and they've taken advantage of your loyalty

This is what I got from Neil(support):

Hi Football Chap

Thank you for your SPURSPLAY subscription.

We have refunded £10.00 back to your original payment method, the funds should be back in your account within 3 to 5 working days.
Yeah does seem weird they done it for one and not everyone.
Will probably send something back also probably ask to make a complaint

Yeah I mentioned that I know they've refunded other members and they still declined!
Hi Arjun,

So because I'm a season ticket holder (20+ years) who goes week after week and the Auto-pay was taken before you dropped the price I get hard done by?

Is there someone I can send a complaint to?

I sent them that and they sent the refund :kaneear::kaneshh:

Thought I'd see how much Spursplay is this season, so I logged in. Went to the page and it gave me 2 options - Register (£45) or 'Spursplay Free License'. Obviously I clicked on 'Free License' without an idea of what it is, so...

What on earth is Spursplay Free License?

Basically one long advert with Daniel Levy pointing and laughing at you and telling you to get fucked until you get the paid-for one.

I think it refers you to the limited free content on the platform, so you won't get any live matches. For example I think the winners documentary is free.

Anyone notice any £10-off offers this time round?

Cheeky cunts last year were charging 45 to auto-renew but only 35 to new subscriptions.
