Is there any way we can make Chelscum go and play in the Saudi league?
I heard on the radio that Blue Scum have spent like a billion quid (or maybe it was dollars) on transfer fees since Boehley bought the club. They also cleared out like a dozen players during the summer.

Poch has well and truly sold out - after years with Levy, Poch must be laughing at how Boehley will pretty buy him whatever player he wants. 115M quid for Caceido. Insane.

Yeah I guess it’s fair but it’s just so deflating to see our front 3 perform THAT poorly yesterday and then wake up to no news of incoming wingers/forwards.
I don't know what camp you're in. But a lot of us predicted we'd be shit up front when Kane went.
You can't underestimate the impact he had on games even when he did nothing. When a defense is all watching him to try to stop him, they inevitably leave gaps for others to exploit. If they can handle all the forwards comfortably and equally, it's gonna be tricky.

Mbappe has a year left. He has all the power.

These kids are signing 8 year deals.
No player can be forced to sign for a team they don't want to sign for. They have 100% of the power regardless of the contract length.
A club could persuade them by saying they won't play football for the rest of their contract unless they go to Saudi, but there's nothing they can do to make them sign.
In fact, there could well be a new precedent set soon when a player take a club to court. It would be against their rights to be faced with that choice and I could see it going all the way in court.
