That’ll annoy all the moaners on here who we’re sure him and Dier would be starting for us with Brendan on the bench
People really try to push the narrative that we spend poorly because of how we spent like 4 years ago.
I would be surprised if we had one in by Saturday, with the outs, this is the last few days of the window signing.Reckon we will get gift orban this week. We need a striker in time for united game Saturday.

What‘s even more annoying is that these huge contracts don’t count for ffp in the PL it’s only if they are in a uefa competition, which this year they obviously aren’t.
I thought Joe Lewis' speciality was gaming the system & exploiting loopholes. What‘s even more annoying is that these huge contracts don’t count for ffp in the PL it’s only if they are in a uefa competition, which this year they obviously aren’t.
Has to go down as the worst mistake the club ever made.Lazy and unprofessional cunt, reports and murmurings pretty much from the off and the same keeps on being reported 4 years later.... he already knows after his contract with us no one and i mean NO ONE is giving him the pay day of 200k a week (800k a month), so he is milking the contract to the end.
Agree to most but its 2016 to 2020. The summer 2020 window was Hart, Rodon, Doherty, Requilon and Hojbjerg. The latter you could claim has done a job of sorts but the other 4 more money and time wasted.Sadly the issue was we spent very badly for 3 years on the trot from 2016 - 2019, best buys were probably Moura and Sanchez as measured in terms of playing over more than one season.
Had we spent as well in those 3 years as we actually have done in this summer, last year and year before, we would have another say 9 decent players in the squad, so wouldn't be needing as many reinforcements as we do - and not be faced with paying off some of those we bought. Those years have really crippled us - so very happy to see reminders that recent transfer business has been far better
We were clearly stringing him along as a backup option in case we didn't sell Kane and didn't have actual money for a second CB.
Must beWhy is Lloris still here? Surely there’s interest from Saudi Arabia or a French club. Levy holding out for an unrealistic fee yet again?
We won’t have a new striker in for the Utd game. Just come to terms with that just now and it’ll make your week easier mate.Reckon we will get gift orban this week. We need a striker in time for united game Saturday.
All of whom were Mourinho choices, apart from Rodon - the ubiquitous "club signing / punt".Agree to most but its 2016 to 2020. The summer 2020 window was Hart, Rodon, Doherty, Requilon and Hojbjerg. The latter you could claim has done a job of sorts but the other 4 more money and time wasted.

Shame he cares more about yachts & screwing currencies than football or Spurs.
