Why would you rip up a players contract before the transfer window closes? You still have a chance to sell them towards the end of the window.

The thing is you have to remember Ange took these guys onto the tour and really wanted to get a look at them so there was no initial urgency to sell, he now knows who he wants and who he doesn't want so you should probably expect some movement going forward.
