It will be the same against all opposition, play a high line and look to press them leaves us open to the counter attack. We can mitigate this in the long run by having a strong defence and strength/athletic ability in central midfield.

I fear Utd won’t be as wasteful as Brentford were. Whereas we need to be a lot more clinical with our chances.

Fundamentally we needed to create more...... One would reasonably hope that we will get more space to create vs Man U.

Wolves Penalty GIF by MolaTV

No?
No. Explosive but with ability and an end product woukd be better 🤣

Clubs get stuck with dud players all the time..... Esp. all the so called big clubs.

....and some of our are particularly dud!

Oh come on..... You're better than this crap.

If Levy doesn't want to spend more money he simply won't........
Levy has left every manager in the last 20 years short in at least one area of the squad.

If you think he’s not aware of fan sentiment or isn’t aware of what his new manager will tolerate in terms of an excuse for leaving him short as well, you are naive

Did he not have a great start and then drop like a stone?

It was a very difficult situation, Bamford was permanently crocked and Rodrigo not good enough. A bit like Chelsea last season, it doesn’t matter how much creativity you have if you don’t have a striker to put the chances away. Gnonto is a very promising player but like Chelsea and Leeds, we need better than Richarlison. Whether that be Vlahovic, Muani or Orban, we need a clinical striker.

Can someone, who's heard of Kudus but clearly never seen him, explain to me why he'd be a good winger in an Ange system?

Because he really wouldn't. He'd be competing with Maddison as the 8 and I'm not sure we should be wasting money so easily.

We need a WINGER.

Doku, I can understand. Superb at everything we'd need. Kudus, erm not so much and that comes from someone who rates him very highly.

I'd say he could play in similar way to Bernardo Silva at City, who even though not a winger, does play on the right for them, or sometimes in an 8 role. Kudus is a really good dribbler.
