Evolution is required to survive and thrive. Pep has done that successfully.

Ange will have to adapt and evolve to succeed.
Laughing at the notion that a professional coach would not be able to adjust a system of play if felt it was being countered. Prehaps all this "Anges system talk" like it is set in stone is a Conte hangover . Only that fraud was minded to believe the system could not be changed. If these folk bothered to read a lot of the deep dives on Postecoglou's various sides, show he has already done just this. The teams were by no means identical.

Levy has a couple of weeks to rescue what is looking like a disastrous transfer window.

It's a bit OTT to describe a window including 3 new 1st teamers as a "disaster".

Perhaps one might see if that way if one was expecting a big squad to be completely revamped in Ange's image in a single window; no loose ends allowed.... But that isn't realistic.

That's not to say we don't need more done... We of course do.

We very much do need to spend 60m on a CB...

And with the Kane money we should have enough to spend in other positions.
Spurs have Romero and van de Ven as starting CB, so at least give ven de Ven a few games beforey you decided that he needs to be replaced. And Romero's already proven himself.
So, unless Spurs sell Romero, I don't see the need to spend £60m for another CB.
What Spurs need now - after selling Tanganga, Dier and Sanchez (which won't be that easy to do) - are two quality (preferably young and HG) understudy CBs
