Not on the same goals/games ratio to Orban.
Honestly makes no sense to get David over Orban imo.
Unless we think David is more versatile. Capable of playing out wide also.

Yes 30 in 60 tbfDidn't David also score loads of goals at Gent at a young age?
Sonny is better at Richy at centre forward. Mainly because he can finish and is quicker.Rich has played more games at CF in his career (115) that in any other position.
It's not Son's primary position; but regardless he's proved himself VERY capable of playing CF.... 108 games in his career. Ange himself has already said he's a perfectly plausible option at CF.
Fucking hope not.
I'm 100% confident Bolargon isn't happening, Johnson for 50m in a desperate attempt on deadline day??
Sorry, I can very much see that one happening.
I don't think he's quicker now.Sonny is better at Richy at centre forward. Mainly because he can finish and is quicker.
Really not sold on Jonathan David….
Orban is the guy.
Also we still need a CB! There was a few rumours Liverpool were looking at Schuurs…
8 in 23 in his first season, 18 in 27 in his second season. Decent return but "loads" is overselling it a bit.
What if that just means he's not great at either?Unless we think David is more versatile. Capable of playing out wide also.
It’s a nothing point. Of course he’s in charge of who he picks.
Now check how many of those are pens.Bare in mind, he was there between the ages of 18 and 20.
First season there he started 23 games and got 14 goals and 5 assists.
Second season he started 37 games, scored 23 and got 10 asissts.
I don't think that's pretty bad at all. Had a hand in 52 goals in 60 games as basically a teenager...
Moved to Ligue 1 as a 20 year old and got 13 goals and 5 assists in 36 starts and gotten progressively better every year... 19 goals the next year, 26 goals and 4 assists the following year..
It’s a nothing point. Of course he’s in charge of who he picks.
Yes he is. Richy is a plodder. Sonny is sharper over shorter distances too. I think we think sonny is slow now but he’s still quick. He’s just not the way he was a couple of years ago. You saw that on Saturday when he opened up and gave Varane 5 yards of a start and he was terrified getting in a race with him. Richy wouldn’t run away from him like that.
I don't think I've seen him beat a man for pace in like a year now. Richy is not a plodder, he's been a PL quality winger for years.Yes he is. Richy is a plodder. I thought we were talking about his goals for Lille, why are you suddenly pulling out career goals stats? He scored 10 penalty goals in the league last season, so 14 non-penalty goals, in Ligue 1.18 of his 121 goals throughout his career have been penalties. That's 1 of roughly every 6.
For comparison, 68 of Kane's 366 goals have been penalties. That's roughly 1 of every 5.
Someone's got to take them. Again, I've not seen David play exclusively. Like I have never seen Orban.
