if gallagher is 50 you can see why palace want 70 for eze

both ridiculous prices tho but you will get more bang for your buck with eze

gallagher you kinda know jack of all trades master of none, can run for days tho
I'd love us to sign Eze even though its not really one of the main areas we need to fill but would be great to watch though. But no chance of Palace selling now, after losing Zaha they could be looking at a tough season without Eze and no time to reinvest. Think we're left targeting players where clubs need to sell (as ever)

Seriously considering FC

This won't happen though, surely they will realize he's shit.
They don’t really have a choice with Shaw out.

I would laugh if this went through. Reguilon has no talent other than being able to run around a lot and has managed to forge a decent career from it and keeps on falling upwards. I love it.

Re Gallagher there were two players ange wanted when he joined one was maddison the other was Gallagher , it says a lot about our board and our ambition that we are waiting on the sale of holberg to get one of the managers main targets in

the other signings ange was happy to leave it up to the new data team we have assembled which is why you are seeing us linked with so many players that Brighton and brentford are because that’s how they work too and why I believe Johnson will happen as well

They've got a real hard on for getting home grown options in during the death throes of this window right now. "Future proofing now due to rising prices" is the key phrase I keep hearing, and very much expect that's the way we are gravitating. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see 2 HG options come through the door in what ever guise that takes.

He must be confusing Højbjerg with Ludvig Holberg, a Norwegian writer who lived in the 1600s (considered the founder of modern Danish and Norwegian literature), who died in Danmark

left it late i would of signed eze on the back of kane going

homegrown for homegrown too

You don't think pre new stadium we signed any players on a similar level of profile to a relegated midfielder with 3 England caps who only Newcastle wanted and who was priced very reasonably? When we were finishing 2nd in the league and beating Real Madrid 3-0 in the CL?

Okay I guess. Opinions are like...

Ill tell you what.

You list me all the attacking midfielders we signed from other prem league clubs, just relegated or otherwise, during Poch's time at the club.

Also we beat Real Madrid 3-1 and it was at Wembley.

70 for Eze is just a straight up fair and reasonable price, IMO.

Straight up one of the most creative attacking players in the league and younger and a better athlete than Maddison.

The two of them together :romeroshock:

Which begs the obvious question: why not go all out for Eberechi Eze?

If the club has a "hard on for HG options", Eze is the obvious "future proofing" , especially since the other big clubs seem to have finally blown their cashpile, and we are tight with Eberechi's agency, BASE.

This is where good relations with the agent are crucial, so financial details of the player's contract can be worked out quickly, and we will know if another club comes in for him.

I'd far rather sign Eze than Gallagher.

i must admit a part of me wants to see us sell Dier, sanchez, Reggie, hojbjerg tomorrow and sign no one. Sitting on a transfer window profit.

Just to see the reaction, and how/if levy justifies it since he can't lean on Pat anymore
