Apparently Kelly's top speed is 35.42kmh, so not much behind VDV who's at 35.97kmh.
Makes sense, all our defenders going forward will have pace as main attribute so we can play how we play

I’m not just referring to you.
Did not impress mePlayed for Bournemouth against us last week.
you must have been asleep.
We are Tottenham Hotspur, 8th richest club in world football, and average just won't do.Lloyd Kelly reminds me of a budget VdV.
we desperately need VdV cover and I think he could be that. At least there's some thinking in that move, he suits Ange's highline well as he's a CB/LB hybrid with some pace.
I watched him play Salah really well vs. Liverpool last year, he was quite strong against ours at the end of last season. While probably distinctly average overall, he's still young and as a PL-proven rotation option we could do a lot worse.
Most of us did.The sad thing is I thought both moves were fantastic at the time.
Because I’m clearly an idiot.
You're not really surprised are you...admit it...We are Tottenham Hotspur, 8th richest club in world football, and average just won't do.
This is the thinking of levy and the board, which is why this club is always unsuccessful and a mess, because of make do garbage, and waiting for opportunity signings instead of actual proper targets.
Kane left weeks ago, and yet we are just over 24hrs from not signing anyone
Yeah but surely he prefers CL football in sunny and warm Madrid
We're putting in an entire new way of playing in his place. Are you trying to tell me that we cannot attract and sign a reasonable replacement with that 100m plus kane fee. Or are you suggesting we just say fuck it can't get anyone as good just forget about signing anyone. You won't replace kane which is why I didn't want him sold. But now he's gone you need to put an adequate player in his place. If the club can't do that then they're not fit to run a football club.
He could be a means to an end, but we've gotta get to the end.Lloyd Kelly makes sense. Young, British, left sided and pacey.
Many will look at the fact he plays for Bournemouth and he’s not playing somewhere in Europe, but with our new data driven approach I imagine he fits the bill.
I feel like you've gotten that totally backwards...He'll be a Maldini regen until we fail to sign him
Then he'll become a poor man's Ramon Vega
