Whats the logic in not registering Ndombele. He has 2 year contract, you cant rip that one for sure. But he has value in market which can only be lower if he is not part of the squad for months, defacto losing money.

I think midfield and winger depth is ok.

Center back is very concerning and a long term injury to a CB could turn this into a disastrous window.

Cross your fingers.
You may be right about wingers, but that's cos Son and Kulu are both a bit shit.

I think midfield is still an issue in terms of quality depth cos that's where we're winning games at the moment. No one even 10% as good as Bissouma and Maddison in this squad. Sarr has been great but he's a little kid and he's still a bit up and down.

We don't Bentancur will be in when he returns.

From what I gather there has been virtually no concrete interest, I think he will go to the MLS next season on a free. He has a contract with the club, do you expect him to just terminate it himself all for the glory of Tottenham?
He had, from Fulham.
I expect him to go to another Premier League team, it's even based in London, he wouldn't even have to move!

Hopefully I will by then. Until then I am so relieved I have experts like yourself to show me the right way.

Hopefully I'll get to the point that, "Loosing with Good Football and Good DNA" is better than " Winning a Trophy while playing Boring Football".

I am battling with that one a bit. I was under the impression Winning was the reason for playing.
Did we win a trophy playing shit football? No, we didn’t.

We also haven’t been “loosing” so far this season.

We're also hoping Son recovers his form and Richarlison can start scoring a few. One weak spot if you've done everything else you could probably accept but 2 with the CB situation i'm afraid points to a poor window overall, despite some good bits in there.

My wife wants to watch Masterchef Australia , i would normally go in another room and watch Sky Sports , this window though the elite businessman has destroyed any interest.

So I will watch some people who are genuinely elite at what they do cook some fancy food , rather than watch Poundland Kroenke prove once again he is totally out of his depth .

Really shows a lack of ambition from some players. Unsurprising from ndombele, who obs does not give a damn, but thought Dier had more ambition, he will likely sit out a yr of his career at almost 30yrs of age.
All the talk was Sanchez wanted out, but he is like a wart you cannot shift.
Really disappointing, poor ambition and foresight from the club in not purchasing CH cover, relying on the aforementioned duo is asking for trouble and the whole world knows it.
One injury to VDV and/or Romero and we are back where we started, up shit creek without a paddle.
Meanwhile all around us teams are strengthening, Ange will have had his eyes opened and will ultimately shoulder the blame when Levy shafts him as he has done to all those b4 him.

26 people rated the Rodon / Doherty window 10/10...(Yes. TWENTY SIX) 😆
AND 144 rated it 9/10

If you don't believe, open the post below and take a look.

(It was actually much higher before people started changing their vote as the season turned to shit)
If we can shift Ndombele off to Turkey before their window closes 15th Sept, I'd give this window 5/10, if not then 4/10.

In terms of doing the volume of business necessary to give a manager a complete squad suited to his tactics deep enough to fight on all fronts, that's the best late-ENIC window by far.

Jose's tactics were shit though, and that was heavily dependent on the one-year loans for Bale and Vinicius (Kane's most effective ever understudy). Plus it was all done under the watchful scouting eye of Steve Hitchen.

Nicking Alfie Devine off Wigan for 500k may prove to be the signing of that window, in the end.
