You’d think with dier going or never playing again for us we have Dragusin in the bag. Doubt we’d let 2 centre backs go with Davies and Romero out and VDV just returning. Sounds positive on the signing front or an absolute disaster
It feels like we are up to something that’s for sure. Got a strange feeling there might be a couple more surprises this window.
I said about Gray the other day and mused that I wonder if Leeds sending Spence back had anything to do with us wanting to buy Gray off them and loan him back this season. Leeds might be at their loan limit and the only way of getting Gray back on loan was to let Spence go.

Got the potential to be Terry/Ferdinand level. Probably the most talented English CB since those two. A monster of a defender, Everton will do well to keep him.
We won’t get him though, we ain’t paying £80-100m.
Luton and Shef UTD could both use him.
Lloyd Kelly looks a sensible bet to replace Davies.
Davies is primarily a LB, injuries and and lack of squad depth pushed him into the CB position... Kelly who has never impressed imo is a CB, hes not a direct davies replacement.
Does anyone else feel this Dragusin deal is feeling more and more like the Pedro Porro deal from last Jan. We needed the deal done but were unwilling to pay the asking price. The only difference I do not feel like we will do this deal because their is less preassure on Levy to get the deal done.
