We're currently in the phase of mulling over the details for putting together a plan to potentially have a meeting to discuss the viability of triggering an action point around the possibility of lodging a bid , subject to 12 levels of sign off and approval of course

Maybe they like him better than the CBs they have and prefer to recruit from strength instead of desperation?

I agree.

Still see the Levy bashers out, blaming him as soon as anything negative comes along.

They have no genuine idea what Levy does, they just blame him when something goes wrong.

It’s agents isn’t it. Can see their fingers all over this. I gave up making sense of football a long time ago yet agree with your post. If it goes through then great, if not, then we need an alternative but we haven’t heard of any and time is run in out if we want him in for our next game. If not we better hope Romero is back asap.

I don't know anything about him so I can't stand in his corner and wax lyrical about his abilities but I'd be very, very supprised he's better than those CBs already at the Club. Between now and the end of the season he's not getting on the pitch unless two of them suffer a long-term injury.

As sudoku mentioned above he 100% needs to play to get the selection for Euro's.
