That was then, when Cruijff was involved at Bara. Back then Spurs wouldn't have stood a chance.

9/10. For a January window you can't have much better. Also the fact that we pissed off United, Bayern and Barca in the process is even better.
Werner has had an instant impact, Dragusin looks great on his cameos and Bergvall is exciting for the future.
As you said, outgoings have been superb. Deadwood on high wages out. A shame that Hugo didn't get a testimonial, would prefer that we treated a bit better our captain. Phillips and Veliz with some good loans, hopefully Spence impresses in Genoa too (like Winks did for their arch-rivals Sampdoria last season).

On the other hand if what they've had up front so far this season has been bad enough to have them near relegation, Velíz has a good opportunity to break into the first team and impress. His size and strength in the air can make him a real nuisance in the box, already speaks Spanish so not as much of an adjustment to make, I hope he bags 6-8 goals for them ans comes back in summer to be part of the squad.
Yeah he has a real chance to win them over, but signing injured players sucks so I get them.

We could finish 10th in the league now and I'd still feel mint knowing that we beat both Bayern and Barca to players they clearly wanted. It's petty but life affirming stuff
