Guy is just deluded. All he talks about is playing football. We conceding 3s and 4s every game. Not a single mention of trying to defend or keep a clean sheet. He's got to go.

If anyone hasn’t noticed, our opponents are using the exact same strategies against us week in week out now- pack the box and play it wide- and it’s absolutely killing us.

This feels like when I watch absolute losers approach 9s and 10s in the club hoping for the best only to go back to their buddies with nothing in hand.

bruh I've been saying the exact same thing since months back.
At least today he changed it and ditched the number 10...i mean it still made no difference but at least he even attempted something different.

I believe in the manager what else do you want me to say?
I know for a fact that sacking managers after the first rough spell doesn’t work because we have done it about 5 times in a row now.
I’m ok with the discomfort of seeing if he can bring it back to the football we know this team can play.
I guess he did try something slightly different, but it didn’t address any of our core weaknesses.
This is the guy that played a high line when we had 2 players off.
Look man I’m not happy about any of this either- I just want people to be realistic instead of getting fucking hurt and clowned anymore.
I didnt expect a straight line of improvement, that was never going to happen. But there has barely been a sign for months of any improvement even on the shite of last season. You expect to see signs and i can pick about 4 maybe 5 games this season when we've played well. You expect that over a season even at our lowest ebb. Defensively we've not been as bad since Ossie Ardiles. They could have had 7 or 8 today without breaking sweat.
Anyway for what it worth i dont think there is any chance he'll be sacked this summer so we'll get to see who's right. I really hope i'm not but i just think it will pick up mostly where we'll leave off and it will get messy by late September/October time. I'd be very happy if my posts are being bumped and having the piss taken out of me because we're top 3 in the autumn.
He was wrong to sack Jol (especially with a half time text) and Redknapp because they both offered something

So get rid by the end of the season and start a search for a replacement and hopefully we can get it right this time!

People talk about the first 10 games but the way Ange got us playing our football and winning games with 4 FBs, no midfield and Son away at Asiacup was EASILY the most impressive period of the season.
If that don’t realistically encourage you that this coach has something different about him, I realistically don’t know what will.

I admire the fact that, he believes in his system, but at what price to the team and club.
I seem to remember when, Ossie was in the hot seat, he had this philosophy of encouraging his players to play, play, play.
This was fine when, they were afforded time and space, but as soon as the opposition forced around the turnover, they would fall apart like crepe paper the same as now.
I think because of the slightly negative counter attacking football both Conte and José played, this has put pressure on "getting our Tottenham back".
But getting "our Tottenham back" for me, doesn't mean losing every week with naïve football philosophy.
