Theres nothing wrong with his overall comments about the culture of the club needing to change etc
But it all feels like this is being directed at the fanbase more than the board who are the ones with actual power to change things.
This whole last 48hours nonsense, where has this anger been the last 4 months? Where was this anger after the Woolwich game ? The whole ground was up for that game at kick off but we concede 3 of the shittest goals you’re going to see before half time.

The fans are a major problem with this club, more so than the board IMO
It’s nothing compared to the rivalry he has just come from. The man wants to win leagues here and be successful but the usual negative minority would rather hound him out and blame it all on Levy than actually support Ange in the pursuit of success

To be fair it's a very unique situation in a very unique rivalry. Just move on and don't put us in this position again.
No issue with anything Ange has said here - seems a straight shooter and wants to win games. He’s a professional football manager so why should anyone expect any different?

Seriously its so funny when people try to blame a "culture" at the club on fans. Wherever you go fans are more or less the same, they're influenced by what their team achieve/how they perform. Us all suddenly becoming RAWK level delusional would not make us play any better or less likely to bottle situations.
If there's a culture issue at the heart of the club then that is fully down to the board who have overseen that culture for years.

Exactly right. My mind immediately went to City there - they sure as fuck didn't have a winning mentality until enough cash and decent signings managed to make it stick. Even then, you had results like Wigan beating them in the FA Cup final in 2013. I can tell you right now that the Etihad crowd had a VERY Spurs-fan demeanour when it looked like they were going to fuck up the title right before the Agueeeeeero moment, too.

The expectation to win is a two way street, Ange, and we've had decades of disappointment and mental scarring from what's gone on on the pitch - the one place we have zero fucking control over. The love bit is unconditional but we can't just magically pretend we're Real Madrid.

Come on you don’t believe that. The fans have fuck all to do with winning long term. Arse fans all leaving on 70 mins down to Villa, City fans half the time not even there. Those two are far weaker than ours, Woolwich in particular.
We could have an empty stadium but if Pep was our manager with the City team we would have titles. How does that happen well money and using money well to get the best coaches, scouts and players.
