Maybe he has young ones because he doesnt want to be questioned or feels threatened by an older coach?
Sherlock's onto the case it seems.

I’m trying not to think about this too much.
But it was a tad irritating that we saved our best half of football in about three months for the once in a century game where we didn’t necessarily need it.
I will say one thing though - we weren’t that bad against Woolwich. We were very, very unlucky in that first half.
CL has provided money that has supported transfers like Romero, Van De Ven and Ndombele. Some good, some bad. But better on average than without CL money! The sad fact is, I think there would have been fans who would have found a way to justify having that opinion.
I would imagine it would be "CL never did us any good anyway" or better still "We're not ready for it"
If 4th had still been in our hands I don’t think many would have given a second thought to going hell for leather against City. I would certainly have wanted us to get whatever result guaranteed us top 4.When people say this situation could have been avoided of Ange had done a better job are they referring just to the Woolwich game?
We could have been in an even worse situation if 4th was in our hands going in to the City game. Then he would have a lot more of a reason to be pissed of with fans wanting us to lose at the risk of missing out on CL.
Presumably the majority would still want to lose if that was the case?
He's also said there's a long way to go, it's a process etc (with getting the players to adapt to his system). The target was to stay in the title race, no matter how miraculous it would be.
Will be next season too, he’s already said as much.
your comments are ridiculous mate. You literally just say things just to say it (or you've only recently just become a Spurs fan).Clearly didn’t make much difference to you…
You are still saying stupid things.
He's also said there's a long way to go (with getting the players to adapt to his system).
I can't get the two statements to fit together; Next season we'll be challenging for the title - there's a long way to go.

Firstly you yourself stated you only started to understand (this was fucking yesterday ffs) why some Spurs fans would have wanted us to lose against City..it beggars belief.
Now you're saying this is the best brand of football you've seen in 40 years. Redknapps 09/10 season when had Chelsea, Woolwich and City in the run in and we beat all of them totally controlling games and cutting through teams, Redknapp 11/12(first half) when we played like title contender, Poch 16/17, Poch 17/18 all much better than what we've seen with Ange by a considerable distance (I'd even say Jol 05/06 was better).
you see an intricit passage of play and get excited completely ignoring we see that few and far between.

Do you think we'll be challenging for the title next season? He said something like just because we are still improving that doesn’t mean we don’t have an excuse not to win things along the way. Or something similar.
Also said things about building foundations that enable consistent winning.
Setting a goal of winning doesn’t mean you can’t develop along the way of you don’t win. Kinda
Yep I guess it was just the combination of being the penultimate game of the season and the chances of CL being slim. If this game was played when it was originally scheduled it would have been an entirely different situation. If 4th had still been in our hands I don’t think many would have given a second thought to going hell for leather against City. I would certainly have wanted us to get whatever result guaranteed us top 4.
It was the fact that finishing 4th was out of our hands regardless of the city result that led to the unenviable situation of Tuesday night.
Gifting them lot the title and still being reliant on Villa fucking up on Sunday wasn’t something I could resolve internally.
It is what it is. History.
Hopefully Ange and the team don’t ever leave us in that situation again where a loss is the least evil possible outcome for this club.

You post a couple of clips from a game we actually played well for 45 minutes and then you go “hurr durr look how amazing we play, never seen passing from the back in 40 years”, thinking it’s some strong argument for the shit football we’ve been served this year. And unless you’ve been living in a cave, we’ve done this before Postecoglou.Lol at the kiss crew reacting to this post.
After Starks put them to bed yesterday with some basic stats, now they see the internet realizing that their whole schtick about not playing good football since the first 10 games wasn’t really a strong narrative like they thought it was.
Definitely IMO. And many have said it, but it’s true.Yep I guess it was just the combination of being the penultimate game of the season and the chances of CL being slim. If this game was played when it was originally scheduled it would have been an entirely different situation.
You live in hope! We all do. I'm Ange in because it might work and is worth a shot, but I think it more likely than not that he will be gone by Christmas.Current squad is 25 points off, so no.
Another incremental summer of business and maybe we catch up 10 points realistically with a miracle season having us still in the hunt as long as Liverpool were.
If we sign a game changer or 2 in the forward line and midfield, I can see us in a title race. The odds of signing game changers under Levy structures are pretty low though
Bowing out
I was hoping joining TFC would enhance my long distance relationship with Spurs.
Maybe I’m too old, but I just hope we are not really as divided as the conversations suggest.
Bless all the good folks and double blessings for the ones with more anger than joy - take stock and enjoy
fuck the tours. if they actually lost to sheff united that is proof the place is rotten. will be writing of next season by keeping him for 10 games, thats not worth the price of a tour. We’ve got the Australia match and Japan tour. He’s going nowhere except those two places.
Fixture list for next season will be interesting.
Don’t see us starting with another 26/30 points. Buts it’s a target to aim for.
