This is probably the best I have heard from him and was definitely reassuring and felt sincere.
There has been a lot to criticise about him recently and I think it's been justified but I do believe he is learning and I am interested to see where he takes us because if his mentality of winning and all his talk actually shows in terms of results then I think he could actually change the fortunes of the club.
Let's see what he does.
Apart from the top two how many teams have put in consistent 90 mins performances this season? Even Liverpool haven't controlled as many games and put in a 90 mins performance (their fans have said this many times this season)
Tells you that it's probably not as easy as you're suggesting in the Premier League and since it's the managers first season where you'd expect inconsistency maybe it's not as important metric as you're suggesting.

A lot depends on the nature of the ACL injury, not all are the same, meniscus and chondrial bone surfaces can be damaged in the incident leading to ongoing arthritic symptoms, if hamstring tissue was used in the repair that can be significant in the long term as well, Bentancur looks like he doesn't enjoy running at full pace right now hopefully it becomes easier for him.

I asked a simple question that could have been answered with something like "against x at home, y away etc" but instead you're giving me irrelevant context about other teams struggling to do it which isn't what I asked.
There's a reason I asked, because it's difficult to answer, because there haven't been many, if at all, which should say something about the job he's done this season and what makes the blind support for him and his project baffling.

He said that he thought Ange woulld have gone to a smaller team in the PL. He knows there's a big difference in class between the two leagues but keeps an eye on Spurs because of Ange, he likes him.
Edit he also said that 5th is good for the first season.
