It's funny because at some point you and him are gonna beef on here - you're actually a decent poster and pretty knowledgeable but the guy you're speaking with lol I don't think I've ever seen him say anything worthwhile I'm actually convinced he sniffs his mum's knickers...the fact that he never uses capital letters is unnerving, if ever there was a sign of serial killer vibes that's definitely it...
Well so far I've never had an issue with him, he's never called me a gooner for daring to criticise our club's business, and as far as I can see he's not spending his entire time on here arguing with everyone, which is more than I can say for some people. Maybe you should worry about your own relationship with posters and I'll worry about mine.

There's a horse running in the 2-30 at Lingfield tomorrow called "Come on you Spurs"

Is it coincidental that the same players always come up with assists, even the easy ones?
I think not.
Goals scored and assists are the most accurate measure of an attacking player's worth.
It is not a coincidence that Harry Kane and Son have regularly been our most prolific G/A guys.
You have to get into the position to make the simple play:

The best players in any Sport make the difficult as simple as possible, as often as possible. Usually the sport IQ comes from knowing where to be and how to get there.

Obviously it's always about scouting. Which is why that cliche is stupid. It's merely stating don't buy a player you have only watched a few times. Which is hardly the case with Danny Olmo, the person referenced, he's been on our radar for a very long time.I find the idea he wouldn't improve us farcical

Yeah, to be honest, I don't think anyone does buy players off the back of international tournaments any more, but it used to be be pretty common.

Edit
All that said, one of my favourite ever Spurs players and one of the greatest Spurs players IMO was Ardiles, signed purely off the back of the 1978 WC.

Come on lads, and lasses, cough up, you know it makes sense....from SC

Good morning peasants

Here's a nice surprise for you all, it's that time of the transfer window again so fuck the rent and petty shit like providing warmth, food and clothing your saucepans, some things are actually important.

HAVE YOU DONATED THIS MONTH/YET/AT ALL?

As you all know, SC relies on your donations to be able to provide a unrivalled coverage of ITK, if it wasn't for you guys, the server would crash left right and centre and we simply couldn't afford to run it without resorting to limiting the number of members or something

We know from previous experience that there's a LOT of you who lurk, one time we had 600 voters participate in a poll.

Six bloody hundred. And that's just the yokes who bothered voting. Whichever way you slice it that's a lot. If everyone slung just three or four quid in the pot we'd be sorted for quite a while, so if you've never donated before, please consider doing so now.

I reckon we've a shedload of lurkmeisters, so come on guys, if you're one of them and you enjoy SC's coverage of the Transfer Window (and lets face it, you do because you're here right?), then please chip in. It doesn't have to be a massive amount.

And if you happen to be a Spurs mad gazzillionaire, cough the fuck up. And if you're Daniel Levy, fucking hell shortstuff, put your hands in your pockets. And get the BSoDL to chip in too.

But A&C, where does the money go?

Outgoings: The server costs £400 per month. Forum software purchases/licenses/misc comes to around £500 a year. So currently, the cost of SC is about £5k a year.

Incomings: Advertising/Affiliates can sometimes cover the costs during the transfer window (January, July, August) but thats sometimes. The rest of the year that falls well short. Its difficult to give an exact figure because the numbers don't stay the same but i'd say £100 a month during the quiet months. Donations during the quiet months come to about £50pm if we're lucky.

Rob will know better than I do, but I reckon we're short by about £2500 a year. And the income from ads is probably down.

If one month we raise more than is needed, it stays in the pot as it won't be long before it IS needed. The shortfall is made up out of Robs pocket. I'll repeat that.......It comes out of his pocket. Think about that for a minute. I reckon he pays an average of £50 a WEEK. Just so you lot can abuse each other

This is why i'm often cajoling, nudging, outright begging and open to bribery during the transfer window. It's when the most of you are about and our last big donation drive raised enough to cover costs for a couple of months or so.

Any excess raised stays in the pot until its needed when donations/income goes right down. Absolutely nothing goes on anything other than SC's running costs. Well, occasionally the odd prostitute.......

So, if you'd like to donate, here's the link.

I remember I actually came close to donating back in 2011 or something like that. Before the Blue and Yellow days when they actually had some decent info. Then thought better of it. Never looked back

In all honesty, what's he doing in that video that we don't get from what we already have?

Few headers. Goals from set pieces. Counter attack goals and to my shock, 10 penalties.

He's nothing special. Never has been and never will be. But hey, he looks straight at the goalkeeper when taking a penalty so that's cool.

Well, he can win headers, which nobody in our from 6 can do right now. With runners like Johnson, Son, Werner, they need someone to win the ball and knock it on beyond defenders.

You can cross 1000 balls into the box and Son, Johnson, Werner, Soloman, Kulu aren't winning any of them.

Pretty harsh on Kulu I think. He's excellent in the air. I remember he headed a screamer against City to get back to 3-3. The cross from Johnson who was playing on the left wing if I remember.

Quite simply, without Richarlison on the pitch we have no players that can win aerial balls. Of course, we don't play long ball style, but if teams are parking the bus and there is no room in behind; we need to be able to put the ball in the box and have players that can attack it.

Richarlison - 26
Madisson - 3
Skipp - 4
Son - 4
Johnson - 5
Kulu - 7
Werner - 1

Now, let's compare with some of our rivals.

Calvert Lwin - 141
Havertz - 105
Solanke - 98
Toney - 55
Jackson - 35
Nunez - 34
Haaland - 34
Saka - 24

I think Kulusevski did a pretty good job as a #9 in the last game this season. Scored 2. He's probably the best option we have at the moment if Richy is out, maybe even better then Richy in that position. He's a smart player, can hold up play, got a good eye for a pass, makes runs and can be pretty ruthless in front of goal. If he's was our starting #9 I'm sure he would score 15 goals next season. He won't be, but that's what I think.
