There’s people now saying we need outside investment in here as we’re skint

Project ENIC complete
It's incredulous. Other fans saying let's stick with with what we have rather using our immense wealth and unparalleled FFP wriggle room to actually go out and improve our football team.

Small wonder rival fans laugh at us so much with so many of our own fans happy to spread their cheeks for ENIC's blatant financial exploitation.

Foul voted. Have an unpleasant day.

That shows England’s lack of quality in the centre forward position. Kane, Watkins, Toney, all 27,28 and 30. Can’t think of any centre forward in early to mid 20s

You're not wrong - there's a real lack of quality young proven English strikers around - Rashford probably the only one younger than those mentioned with experience that's probably capable of getting back into the England team if he knuckled down.

At the next Euros though, Kane is 34, Toney and Watkins will both be 32.

Not necessarily old but who knows where the latter two will be in their careers by then.

Though as we see with the likes of Palmer, Mainoo etc. Players can just suddenly burst out of nowhere.

No pressure and all that but Lankshear will be 23 for example... The same age Kane was when he went to the Euros in 2016.

United dropped 40 on Zirkzee. Not sure if that was release clause and up front or not?

And now 50m up front of 59m for Yoro.

Forget opinions on players because time will tell but it's a stark contrast with us not wanting to pay the large chunk of the Eze release clause up front...

All I can say is fuck Jonathan David or Ivan Toney, go and get the names at the top of the list.

Don’t think we’ll get Toney anyway. He wants to go to a top club that wins trophies, according to this. However only us and West Ham are in the race for him apparently so he might be a bit fucked.

The one that’s annoying me at the moment is ‘player X would really improve our team but not for that price’

Levy has done so well to condition the majority of our fanbase honestly, he’s a genius he really is

Potentially relevant to our striker search. Think it's probably too early but if he has a really good tour, who knows...

Lankashear is obviously a real talent but this is an age old trick from the club, there’s regularly one young player Alasdair Gold/the club will big up in pre season in a position we really need to sign someone.

Anyone remember Luke Amos in pre season 18/19 when we really needed a new CM…?
