We’ve literally been spunking more than that on players for years. Most of our first 15-16 cost more than that.

And Lankshear might be the new Kane. Who knows? Would that be so bad? You would rather wank loads of cash on some new flavour of the month I take it

Absolutely not mate. I spoke about him on here last year and said he was similar to Kane but can press like fuck and has that link up play to his game. We should have went then but that’s football. At the moment there’s probably only Kane and Halland worth that type of money in terms of goals for a centre forward. I just think he’s the best out there for what we need. He’s better than Sesko at the moment and he’s just turned 26 so you are looking at 4 seasons minimum in his prime.

We all have players that we are drawn to and he’s one for me. Vlahovic is another who’d score a load of goals for us who I’d like.

Wasn't being serious chief.

I'd like Lankshear to be given an opportunity in the first team this season from the bench behind a quality established centre forward. Not Richarlison.
 
Likely bullshit but I actually like the idea of picking up Rabiot, good footballer, better than Bentancur imo and much, much better than Hojbjerg. Would provide good experience while Gray and Bergvall are maturing.

I always hear this background noise about him or from his camp, that I used to think he's probably overrated anyway.

I've seen him in CL and for France now more recently, and he looks like a very accomplished footballer. He'd be great, but put Rabiot's mother and Dragusin's agent in the same room at Spurs Lodge, and they might try to turn burn the whole place down.

GLC is the better player, he's just made of breadsticks. Agree on your Ramsey assessment though, strong runner with a clean strike.

This is what I'm saying, people weren't talking about him last season, like no one was up in arms we missed out on him but since he's now on the radar of a few clubs because he scored goals in the mighty Super Liga and the striker market is dead he's suddenly the striker we should be going for.

Sorry you're gonna have to convince me why we should be parting with so much money for a striker who's done it for one season in an average league.

Has a few purple patch flashes and then settled back into relative mediocrity, from what I can remember.

No idea why he's on the table.

Not sure how you can be after Eze, Netto and... RAMSEY.
