I worry for this kid, some fans are already bugging him up to be the second coming of Hoddle. He is a massive talent, but he is very young and may not develop the way we think.

Can’t blame him, it’s a small step up from Brentford especially as they have no Europe. Wages will be good and virtually no chance of a relegation battle. But it’s hit and miss if you make Europe or not and not a lot else going for it.
And sure they’ve won a trophy more recently than us, but no one takes that trophy seriously and it was their first in nearly 45 years.
With us he will def play Europe, we’re likely to qualify for Europe consistently, have a fairly good chance of Champions league most years and can offer top wages.
