Spending 60 or so million on a potential sick note would be very unlike the bald warlock.
Yeah, can’t see it - we’re already overloaded in the wide forward position as it is.

We need an actual striker - 2 if Richy goes.

If we could pinch Toney at £40m and David at £25m whilst selling Richy for £60m the we have had a right touch. Get Eze in as well and I think we can get top 5 again which I’m certain will be CL next year.

Would just like us for once to try and win a cup - go strong, early and throughout

Most of us would just like to see us sign players that help us win something once in a while.
You know.........like we used to 🤷‍♂️

Spurs fans who moaned that we missed a golden opportunity when we didn’t sign KMJ when he played in the weaker Chinese League are now moaning that we’re signing a Korean from the weaker K-League.

I’ll never really comprehend this fanbase.

These ppl are prob the same ppl who said we bought Son only for selling shirts. Yang is the biggest prospect in Korea right now along with Bae who's playing for Stoke at the moment. This is an awesome signing for sure.

This is not the 20th century. There are so many talents from Korea and Japan these days. Their players aint just for marketing anymore.

Tbh im expecting us to be higher than 5th next season. But seeing who we get in and how our squad is come 1st september.

You could well be describing Haaland who for the record got dispossed more times than Son did last season in fact.

It's a lazy argument clouded in recency bias.

I'm hearing Kulu shouts who apparently is better at playing striker than Son despite 1 match against a relegated Sheff fekin Utd, Good Lord.
We see how Son performed in that position, week after week. It’s a fact that he isn’t very good at it.
Recency bias….you been reading the dictionary.

Remember when Mitoma was the hottest shit since sliced poo? Everyone was saying he's better than Son and the best Asian player in the world. Also moaning that our scouts are shit and Brighton are much better at scouting.

Now we have a secondary policy and budget like Brighton and the same fans are moaning about it. It's fucking insufferable levels of limp-whinge.

Yeah it’s pathetic. This guy may never kick a ball for the club or become a star. Nobody knows. Weird to get mad at us actually signing a player isn’t it.

First part of the season he was on fire, in fact he was averaging a goal every other game playing as a striker up until the half way stage and was at one point 2 behind Haaland, I didn't hear anything about he's not able to play as a striker back then, all this revisionist crap that we're hearing now.

This is what you call recency bias

Saying that he's not very good as a striker is just really stupid.

I think that people are making way too big of a deal out of this.

He's recently turned 18 and is going to stay in Korea on loan until January, before he probably heads out on another loan.

He's one for the future and not a deal made for instant improvement of the team.
The big deal is we haven’t made any other signings apart from two other children
