Why would I be crying? Crying with laughter with you embarrassing yourself with all this gibberish you spout 😂
Dildo, all of that is only occurring in your head, buddy.

Sorry to have to break it to ya.

Heavy cope mechanism.

I do understand, tho.

But, you are missing out on all the fun.

Don't deprive yourself of thinky, just because you can't be thinky.

You're only hurting yourself.

No one else.

Consider this an olive branch.

*Just tell yourself it's an olive branch, like you're telling yourself thinky isn't hilarious... and it will be.

Just shows how desperate some people are to be angry.

Another exciting young talent to add to the roster.

I love this type of signing. Out of left field talent who, if he has anywhere near Son's work ethic and ability, will be superb for many years.

We still need a needle mover up front imo, but this isn't a signing to get angry about.
Like another poster said in this thread earlier today.

To keep being consistently competitive. We need to have a steady stream of young talent in development, either from the academy or through signings like this, that can slot in when one of the more established names either falls off due to age or is sold. This is something that we have struggled with for a good while but seem to be addressing now.

Look at our CB and CM depth right now. We have Radu, Phillips, Vuskovic and at least one kid from the academy that seems able to take the step. So whenever we part ways with Romero we have a ready made option to fall back on.

And at CM we have brought in Archie and Lucas.

We obviously need to bring in more established players as well for more immediate needs. But I can also understand those being part of a greater domino system of moves that need to happen first.

One of my biggest problems with the Bald Cunt and his 'strategy', is that it's all driven by resale value. It's never driven by what we actually need, it's always about getting a promising kid in on the basis that if we can flog him and make a profit.

You say all but there are so many examples to counter that....

Also, every club operates trying to buy and produce young talent to sell on for profit.

Definitely an opportunity. City will win it of course, the scum will be top 3 - although they are well over due a few injuries. After that it’s wide open in my opinion. Liverpool - no one knows. United - Probably finish 12th but somehow win the Champions League despite only being in the Europa. Chelsea - I’m not having Maresca - 11th.

Villa, Newcastle, Brighton, Spammers - at least one of them will have a strong season.
i Think we are dark horses for the title. First 10 games we were top last seaaon then it fell apart with injuries. If we get the bodies we need come september 1st i think we have a chance. Part of me thinks city areny spending as theyre under investigation.

The teams that win trophies consistently, buy the best players.

Its all well and good buying a few youngsters, but if thats all you gonna do you aint winning jack shit.

no he's too young, that's just looking for a return on the investment rather than trying to improve the team.

We need a proven winner who is thirty and Levy can't make money on.

Yes mate. Course mate.

Levy's policy of buying players to improve our team over the last quarter of a century has done wonders for our trophy cabinet hasn't it, mate.

Yeah I’m not sure why people keep banging on about Son being a bad center forward for Ange. He scored 14 of his 17 goals playing CF. The CF’s main job is to score goals. No not hold the ball up. Hold up play does not matter for the CF role. Son is currently the best finisher in this team Also it’s quite obvious he lost a step and isn’t as dynamic on the wing. He’s can’t run by his man like he used to.
But when the ball goes into your centre forward and comes back at you almost immediately its easy be overwhelmed. Its also the reason we struggle to break down teams in a low block

Mate, we've just bought two 18 year olds. If you're telling me they've not been bought primarily with their resale value in mind, then I've got some magic beans to sell you. If they work out then great for Levy, if not then they're still young enough to earn some money back.

Its never about now, always on the never never...

The idea is to buy elite level players before they reach that level and become out of reach/much harder/more expensive to sign
