Levy being the business genius he is chooses the 3rd option: 18 year old Yang Min-Hyuk for £1.2 million.

Sorted.

That’s the kind of outside the box thinking that keeps us on the message board and him in the boardroom.
A bet at that price is fair but we are talking about a type of player in a different phase (26 years old, already winner of a European Championship as a protagonist, etc.)

Chiesa for £20m or Eze for £70m. Both 26.

I wonder who Levy is gonna go with.

Yes I know they play slightly different positions, shut the fuck up 😇.
For the record, I think Levy is a bald beanbag who sniffs his own underpants, but of those two, if he’s genuinely fit, I’m taking Chiesa without hesitation.

He offers a directness that we are desperate for.

Some players time comes a little later

Bournemouth still played Wilson and King up top at the time, wasn't until they got relegated that he really started to lead the line.

Gyokeres struggled for 3 seasons to break through at Brighton, st pauli, Swansea and Coventry and look at him now.... most would be happy to drop 80m on him and he's never scored a goal in a top 5 league.

It's not that i don't like Solanke. I just think Bournemouth are going to want 60-70 mil for him. And no way I'd want Spurs to pay that.

Chiesa made too much fuss with the renewal and therefore they want to show him the door

I think Neto, Toney and Chiesa would be good signings, but none of these players would take us to the next level:

-Neto injury issues and only 3 goals in past 2 PL seasons.
-Chiesa hasn’t been at same level since his ACL injury, 9G 2A in Serie A last season is good but not great.
-Toney 4 goals in half a season since his return, mediocre for a CF.

All three have great strengths; Neto & Chiesa can beat defenders with technical ability while Toney has good hold up play. But this won’t significantly bridge the gap with City/ Woolwich.

Fucking state of the disagree on this post.
What the actual fuck is wrong with him? I can't figure out if he's a (not got a) massive bellend or massively on the spectrum. No ordinary human acts like that.

Edit - anyone else, please feel free to disagree just for shits and giggles.
Shut the fuck up, you rat.

So sick of listening to your toxic shite.

Did a bit of digging on Holmesdale online to see what Palace fans think about Eze - they have a thread dedicated to him moving to us. They all seem to prefer to sell to Man City - probably not surprising.

One thing that made me chuckle was them calling us trophy dodgers - a fan of a club that has never won a major trophy calls us trophy dodgers, honestly what’s wrong with these modern fans - that Data Zenith cup really went to their heads
