Anyone else worried that we're moving too fast in this window
Slow and steady and all that
I've yet to see one half way credible link to Chiesa other than the fact we love a cheap juve cast offSpurs twitter getting themselves excited for Chiesa even if all of them know deep down they are only excited because they think the price is something Levy might pay.
I'd prefer to get Bakayoko if we are going for 30m players.
I don’t think we can be soley reliant on Maddison for playmaking. It’s similar to how we were half the team without Eriksen (who was crazily available) under Poch. Maddison’s always been injury prone too, and he’s the kind of guy who would raise his game with competition. All in all, we need quality at the top end of the pitch.True, but do we really need him? What position will he play?
We need a RW (Chiesa) for sure imo to replace Kulu or rotate with him.
We need a quality ball playing midfield who can play CAM and 8 (Olmo).
For me Eze is a CAM and LW but better as a CAM and we have Maddison there. I can see Olmo playing with Madders in midfield but can’t see Eze and Madders playing together.
Question of opinion of course.
On some occasions yes. He can play on the right or left. Allegri was a great coach, important for Juventus but in this second period (Allegri II) there was a lot of tactical confusion. Chiesa (and not just him) was trapped in too many defensive tasks: few balls forward and too much work behind... result: penalized.Does he ever play on the right? That’s my main concern, he’s to my eye a left winger cutting inside on his right, perhaps also a second striker/advanced AM, but I don’t really remember him playing on the right much.
Nah. 1 rant from me this summer was after Werner loan.

Cue Chiesa going to the goons or geordies and smashing it, whilst our fans cry about how we slept on him….Lots of media leaks saying he is leaving Juve
Links to Woolwich Chelsea, Newcastle as well as Spurs so no certainty as to which club
1) It's cheap because it doesn't accept the contract renewal at figures that follow the new company policy (CR7's Versailles is over)I've yet to see one half way credible link to Chiesa other than the fact we love a cheap juve cast off
What seems like a limit to you is perhaps the key to not failing tomorrow. Barcelona bought Griezmann for €140 million, the same price as Dembele... It doesn't seem to me that great expenses have been great results...Spurs twitter getting themselves excited for Chiesa even if all of them know deep down they are only excited because they think the price is something Levy might pay.

So where would he play exactly in a Spurs team?1) It's cheap because it doesn't accept the contract renewal at figures that follow the new company policy (CR7's Versailles is over)
2) It's not a waste but Juventus wants to sell at a low price (€30 million) rather than €0 next year.
3) He is 26 years old
Since recovering from his cruciate ligament tear, Chiesa has never been injured more than 6 days (2 games) at anyone time due to a knee injury and has only had 3 in 2 years.None of Neto's injuries are recurring problems.
Chiesa tore his cruciate ligament and had regular knee problems ever since. And he's older.
Of the 2 Chiesa is probably the bigger injury risk over Neto. Just watch them, Neto looked just as explosive as always this summer, Chiesa has very clearly lost a couple of yards.

RM: "Ahhhh, so THAT'S what a creative midfielder looks like!"
Barcelona has also committed the future daughters of the managers... It surprises me how the "virtuous" League allows this financial havoc.Barca fucked themselves overpaying for coutinho and dembele then covid hit. Not sure how theyre paying for stadium either. Unless catalunya are paying it to try and keep up with real madrid.
Yes, last season we were reliant on Maddison for anything creative. That's why we need to bring in 2 or 3 genuine starting players and someone that can offer different avenues to goals. So we're effectively relying on maddison being fit all season and for him to put together the type of consistency that Messi and Ronaldo used to? I don't know if you forgot but we were fucking dreadful in the run in and average at best after our fantastic early season form. We need to stop pretending everything is OK and it's going to be great when it isn't as it currently stands. After Ange's comments after the city game and in the weeks after he's saying he wants to win things. That team from last season will be doing the same thing this season as it did last without quality first 11 upgrades.
