I think he’d be a great option for us in our attack. He’d cause any defence problems. But it’s the Werner signing that makes me think we won’t go for him, just because then it renders that deal even more pointless than it was at the time. Unless we can send him back, he hasn’t been registered to play yet.
I guess there might be some left field players we havent been linked with but that suggests to me that our targets are largely the names that have been knocking around for a while.

Football is not binary based data - Werner is all over the place and erratic, Chiesa is clever, fluid and keeps the ball well similar to Eze. Our front 3 just didn’t hold onto the ball and build, these two players both do thatOnce again ^

Were you one of the loons that said Modric wasn’t that good as he didn’t score enough goals? Everytime I’ve watched Chiesa he’s looked dangerous, had a lot of the ball and kept it well.
