We still have room for a couple of overseas born players on our PL squad list if needed and a couple of HG players.

** Bergvall can be under 21 for PL but I think he is foreign born for Europa squad.
The Europa squad will need to be different as they require 4 club trained players in the 25. We don't really have CT unless they keep Skipp just for Europa. We have plenty of under 21 players that can play though.

If Son, Werner, Kulu, Johnson, Richy, Soloman are fit. Why would we be in a rush to sign somebody? Veliz, Moore, Lankshear, Scarlett, Donley also options.

If we sign somebody now for big $$$, it has to be someone that is good enough to go into the 'first 11' - and that isn't Tooney, Chiesa.

Looking at that list, I don't think we have a slot without moving Solomon. Looks a stupid signing. We have 6 midfielders plus Devine, Donley and Kulu so can't see where Ramsey or Gallagher would go.

Solomon,wener, Richy have not been good enough, Johnson is young, so needs a bit more time and son, is not the plater he was.
 
According to the Italian press, Chiesa's agent is in London to meet Tottenham and Chelsea.

The player has had offers from Arabia and Türkiye but if he has to leave Juventus he wants top Premier League clubs

You say it here when he was briefly fit. The problem is he played with an injury for a year and we don’t know what kind of damage playing under pain killers for a year has done.

Richarlison also cannot do the one thing that we are in desperate need of is hold up the ball.

So according to Romano we are 19 days out from The start of the Season and we still don’t have a clue who we are going for.

Also if it is one player it has to be a world class centre forward in the £100m+ range. The only cf that I can think of is Laturo Martinez that does that.

I think they know who they want but, it's dragging on a bit.
The manager will want to get personnel in so that, he can start getting them set on the training pitch.
I think one or two more will come, but it will be probably after the season kicks off which is not ideal.
