This is an excellent point about age profile sir and one that I overlooked but then again how old is Summerville? He's within the age bracket isn't he, he's in fact a perfect Levy signing (a player on relatively low wages) so again my point still stands and I'm not sure why you stressed yourself to make such a point when you're completely contradicting your own argument but hey ho.

I think it's pretty funny though you have to try and condescend so much when you respond, I think you probably need to grow up a little and realise that you can actually have a conversation without acting like a brat, 'pee brain' did make me chuckle a bit though hehe.

Come on man, you can't cry about me calling you pea brained when you called me "crackhead". One must take what one dishes out. It's all bants anyways!

To your point about Summerville, maybe you overlooked this point:

"Maybe Gray and Summerville would have been too much cradle snatching from us for Leeds, who knows." Might point isn't contradicted. Who knows why we didn't, what I do know is that we ALREADY brought arguably their best player whilst selling them one of our players in exchange. Could another player have complicated the deal? Maybe we want more experience in that area of the pitch as it is more of a weakness than Gray's position (Solomon and Timo coming off of injuries). It's all conjecture. I dunno, and I don't really care as much as you might think lol.

The striker market is never good . Scoring goals is probably the hardest thing in football and no club wants to sell their goalscorers. Having a good goalscoring no.9 who connects play is hard to find.

The options out there would elevate us without a doubt.

Look at all the top 5 teams in Europe, most don't have a genuine no.9 who bags loads of goals, it's more their general work. Alexander Sorloth was the highest scoring striker in la liga with 23 non penalty goals(he flopped at palace) now going to Atletico Madrid.

Yes but for the 100th time, all I disagreed with was the assertion that this is a decent market for strikers - it isn’t.

That’s it, that’s all I fucking said

Can't believe we even discussing Solanke.

This is what it's down to. Some apologists will still claim Levy is busy with, "The Great Rebuild". Ndombele is still our record signing. Liverpool, United, City, Chelsea and perhaps even Villa now, are willing to fork out 100 million in order to try and improve. We buy the whole Kindergarten and Ange still says we want to win the League.

Tottenham Massive Tottenham Massive for the 4th time.... why do you agree with this statement?

What is about Solankes ability that you don't think is up to snuff? What could he improve on?

Which games outside of playing Spurs, did you see him play and could you give us a tactical analysis?

I only responded like that because you started it by saying this:

What is so hard for you to understand?

I mean fair's fair don't you think and I'm not even crying I'm just laughing at the fact that you're unable to formulate a coherent response without being condescending in response. ;)

As for your 2nd paragraph, I'm reading that as a load of mental gymnastics, no offence. It's a massive contradiction because you can't make a point about age on one hand then ignore the same thing on the other and let's be real clearly you do otherwise I wouldn't be reading essays from you when you reply.

Regardless of this, I'm not even sure why we are arguing over West Ham, they have done some good business but as I keep reiterating the window isn't even closed so lauding their intent is wonderful and I guess it's making people jealous but let's just calm down for a sec and look what we do.

Come on, day after day all you do is troll your fellow Spurs fans.

It's not up to us to provide the club with a list of viable targets, is it?

All we can do is comment on who are linked with and end up signing or not as the case might be.

Ridiculous post.

So basically you want to have your cake and eat it. Wanna be able to criticise but without the expectation of having to make alternative suggestions.

Either criticise and back that up with sensible suggestions, or shut the fuck up and don’t do either.

As you said in an earlier post, you’re not a member of the coaching staff, and if that’s the messaging you want to go down, then you don’t get to dish out criticisms of potential transfers in either.

If you can’t see the hypocrisy in your messages, then I suggest you re-read your posts.

🙃

I've asked for posters to come up with viable alternatives to Solanke who they think we should sign instead and you've twisted that into saying that they should be providing the club with alternative players.

What the fuck are you even on about? 😆

You don't have to be some uber scout to look on the market mate, there's literally players who have been mentioned in here over the past few months you can use as a baseline.

He’s been asked all transfer window (and previous ones) for suggestions re signings but he never offers them.

Too busy with obsessing over Levy/Enic and slagging off anything to do with the club.

Doubt he’s watched a game of football in his life, and is too embarrassed to admit he has little to no football knowledge.

Yet the same posters that won't talk about viable targets completely dismiss the players the people employed at the club have provided, and go on like they are suddenly experts acting like they actually know anything about football, what the manager wants or needs.

If said posters think we are overpaying for someone then they whine, if they think we aren't paying enough to get someone they suddenly have a hard on for, they whine....

Come one, the only truth is they like to complain.

Eze has a release clause. It’s up to us, we pay it or we don’t. Palace want up front, nothing has changed.
We were never going to give them £70m in cash in a big cartoon briefcase though. That makes it a non-starter. The hope is that Palace would’ve been amicable to a more healthy negotiated price either in fee or in installments.

Now, they don’t need either.

There’s a greater chance that Daniel Levy grows a full head of hair than the chance that he agrees to hand over all that money up front.

Yup, it's so obvious yet his crew seem to think he is some kind of master orator because he knows how to make the same point in 7 different ways and he strokes their egos by posting clapping memes to their ever more increasingly ridiculous posts
