Zirkzee £34m plus £10m agent fee was a good deal.

If the club had ambition they would be in for Julian Alvarez and offering £65m. Thats the type of signing we should be striving for.
Zirkee has had a decent season at a club thats had one decent year playing a system, would be getting same criticism if we bought him as Solanke ( or maybe not because it's from abroad)

Alvarez smells like Ferran Torres to me, let's see what he does outside of City.

We could have made a big offer for Sesko. Alvarez is available. Zirkzee was available.

David is still available. Its all just excuse after excuse. We'll probably end up with Clinton N'Dong from sme French backwater club.

David was linked with Woolwich last season and most were saying he was second rate, had a poorer season this year. Richarlison is a much better option than David

This will get many disagrees but I’m not at all convinced Julian Alvarez is a better striker than Dominic Solanke in 2024. Obviously has great potential but I haven’t loved what I’ve seen from him. He's on astronomical wages as well and imo wouldn’t want to come here but that’s not even the point.

His physical presence is really poor, he don’t hold up the ball well, he can’t lead the line and also doesn’t play on the wing properly. His strengths align with a rich man’s Jermain Defoe
