Moore is a very good (still not quite) 17 year old who has made 1 cameo experience in competitive senior football.

Being linked with doesn't mean shit. There are countless experiences with us being linked with top players only to end up with dross, discounted alternatives. We are a club that consistently ends up signing players that do not match the quality of what we are linked with nor need. I can give you tens of examples.

If we sign Solanke this week it will be the most expensive PL transfer of the summer, and arguably the best. If we sign Eze this month, it would definitely be both of those.
We're not alone, it's been a slow summer for transfers. Including the Olympics, there have been 3 international tournaments this summer....it was always going to be a slow one.
