In context to what he just said it seems like the 'issue' isn't on negotiating, he's pretty particular on who we bring in.
Ah i thought it was about the snails pace of incomings.

If this window is a bust and he rolls with it without showing some sort of irritation, publicly, then he's the yes-man I'm beginning to suspect.
It's what I'd expect from someone who says they want to win and achieve at the highest level, who very publicly called-out the fans for not matching his ambition.
he said in pre- season that Bergville and Grey weren't ready ,so it's like we bought no one
It's a bit of a concern that, the club hasn't or doesn't appear to be in for a DM.he said in pre- season that Bergville and Grey weren't ready ,so it's like we bought no one
we just got to wait and seeIt's a bit of a concern that, the club hasn't or doesn't appear to be in for a DM.
With the high line ange employs, it's an accident waiting to happen every game.
He can get the bald cunt in a headlock in his office and hammer the little fuck via the press - like to see him go full Conte tbh, the little runt won’t get away it for the 21st time. Oh wait
Pretty fantastic point there, if you have the brass to get pissed off at the supporters for lack of ambition you better hold that same energy for the chairman. It's what I'd expect from someone who says they want to win and achieve at the highest level, who very publicly called-out the fans for not matching his ambition.
I'd expect consistency in this regard.
And due to his, frequently demonstrated, open nature he's not really the kinda guy that can hide is displeasure at things.
So I'd expect to - and would be perfectly reasonable in expecting, in context - to see it.
After the fall out from the city game and what was said I'll have no respect for him if he just accepts this.If this window is a bust and he rolls with it without showing some sort of irritation, publicly, then he's the yes-man I'm beginning to suspect.

Did he ? Not sure about thathe said in pre- season that Bergville and Grey weren't ready ,so it's like we bought no one
I have loved Ange so far but the one question mark I now have other him is his ability to recognise the ability levels required for us to advance which then obviously hugely effects transfers.
The fact he would green light us signing Werner after what we saw last season and the fact he insists we need a striker more than a winger is a huge worry to me.
Obviously hopefully I'm completely wrong

Think what you like about Ange but he never has nor will be a "yes man".If this window is a bust and he rolls with it without showing some sort of irritation, publicly, then he's the yes-man I'm beginning to suspect.
