There aren’t many available striker options out there atm. So If we do sign Solanke I will be pleased. Its far from being an exciting signing but it will improve us and will provide competition / rotation with Richy.
 
We were first linked with making a move for Solanke at the end of the January window by the sun so we’ve obviously been in for him for a while. All very easy to pretend to be itk we were after him once it’s in the news.

I still firmly believe the only real info gained is by complete random encounters with a player rather than someone who gets info drip fed to them. Or an agent spilling the beans or someone being friends with a player.

This is because of NDAs put in place by the clubs. Why would you risk losing your job or being sued by leaking info online? No professional person is doing that.

Was wondering if you could get away with not registering Forster for the 8 Europa league group stage games to free up another spot, you can always change that before the knockouts if needed. Just go with Vic and Austin as back up and it would allow us to go for another overseas player if needed. Could still have Forster as back up for Prem
