They’re fundamentally different players though and would bring different things. The either/or has never really made sense.
I’m baffled as to what Pedro Neto is thinking. They have 6 wingers already and are clearly not a great place for development.
He’s a class player when fit though, would have suited Ange’s style. We could have rotated him with Johnson/Moore to reduce injury risk.
When has that ever helped us with injury prone players. Rememeber when we played Lo Celso vs Fulham in the cup after he didn't play in the PL and he got injured in the first 45 minutes?

Still leaves us with no real balance on the right though unless Moore steps up, and it’s not his best side. Brennan and Son is just not a good blend of wingers, they both struggle against set defences..
Neto’s injury record is slightly better than Lo Celso.
Sonny has played on the right (with success) a fair few times in his career. Maybe him and Eze can can switch positions multiple times during a game?
There’s not much space for Eze in the squad given that Son will be LW, and Bergvall could challenge Maddison for CAM.
