Big Bad Dom.
Guessing 11 although the pressure of following Bryan could be too muchWelcome much better fit than Toney ( even if he's less geeza) wish him all the luck in the world and a 30 goal season. What number will he wear?
Side note can we have a clause in his contract that he doesn’t do that inane crap with the mask. Props are not for serious athletes.
Gave our defence a battering when we fluked that 3-1 win at WHL. Hit the bar with a header in the first half when they were bossing it from 25 mins onwards.

To sum up my thoughts: Solanke is basically the most complete forward in the entire market.
You look at every aspect of a striker’s game in modern football he has it.
Aerially good. Strong frame at 6’2”, plays with his back to goal well. Smart passer. Can dribble. Wins headers in both boxes on set pieces. Can both be an outlet on the break with his pace and an intermediary a la Kane. He had a great understanding with Semenyo running off of him. Good technically, not afraid of using his left foot (although much better with his right). Scores all types of goals. Most importantly he is a demonic presser, great engine and intelligent too. Has the right mentality as well, no diva in him, hard working and moves on after a missed chance too.
He’s basically a 7 or 8/10 minimum in all attributes and will be a focal point for us. The issue is he’s not really above an 8/10 in any aspect of the game. He's not a great finisher, he’s not a physical monster, he’s not some technical wunderkind. So it is a bit much. But I think he will elevate our attack so much to have a focal point in there and an outlet in transition. Happy with this.
Look at the torrid time he gave Woolwich a couple weeks ago:
