Ange and the team clearly wanted him and see something in the player
Because someone on the internet said so.

In any event, you'd have been the first on his case, and that of all those responsible for signing him.

Because that's how you roll.

We all know who will be the first to cunt off Lucas Bergvall, probably with an amusing insult name.

A fairly reliable source - hardly an SC special

I won’t be the first to cunt anyone off. The useless turds I cunted off have all left, in Ange we trust. Perhaps I was right after all eh? The Pickford one was a joke ffs

People are acting like we've made some a quantum leap. So great Solanke is a reliable Richarlison and first team ready. This is treading Water not improving.
Boooo!!!

You have to pretend we've beaten off all the competition and signed a world beating game changer.....On your knees and give head, you scoundrel.

After him, lads.....

Agree on Chiesa - point being both are brave but good footballers that show for the ball, hold it and can create. Unlike our current wide players. Both improve our 11 and yes there are probably better choices than Neto
One thing I think absolutely everyone on here agrees on, is that we need a high end winger. I really don't care who it is, so long as they improve that frontline. That doesn't mean bombing off Johnson, as he'll only improve afaic, it means adding to the whole to make it greater than the sum of its parts.

There are quite a few wingers out there that I think will do that, and Neto isn't one of them IMO. Missing too often, very little end product.

I think there's too much emphasis put on Chiesa losing that "explosive pace" he had before his injuries. He's 26 now, so he was going to lose that anyway as he got older. He's still fast, smart, has very good technical ability and scores goals. I'd take him in a fast 5 minutes.

He might not be who we're after, but as long as we get a wide player that brings what we need to get better, I really don't care who it is or what he costs.

And yet when Vic had a wobble you were straight back on it.

Because that's how Amusing Internet Windups work. When your comment is shown to be bobbins, it's obviously just bAnTz, but it's always there to be revived, with the poster bragging about how they "called it".

I've got you pencilled in for "Shankshear" when Will fluffs a couple of sitters.

I think it's fair to look at what people have been complaining about and assess whether this improves us based on complaints.

This summer we have heard....

ENIC won't spend 60M+ on someone
We have to buy starters to compete

Now once again the goal posts are being moved and we are adding they have to be world beating game changers??

How the fuck? I really can't understand that club.

They've just exploited a massive loop hole by selling their training ground and ladies team to themselves, and now these transfers. They are taking the piss out of the EPL.
I keep saying it. Big clubs navigate around the rules. Small clubs hide behind them.
Heck, some small but ambitious clubs try to just kick through them.

I think you'll find that the player with a difficult to spell name that you've only seen on a YouTube highlights reel is ALWAYS better than the one you've seen scoring on Match of the Day.

Even more so if he costs £15 million more.

Unpopular opinion but I'd have preferred we bought Chiesa instead of Solanke and had Sonny rotating with richy and Kulu for CF depending on the opposition. Would have been about half the price also.

One thing that he does do which Kane doesn’t anymore is play off the last man and make runs in behind. I actually think Richy does him for pace and he’s certainly not as fast as the Hojlund Nunez Watkins types but the point is that he does make the runs, and that really is just as important in terms of the team functioning.
I don’t think Richy does. One thing I’ve been disappointed in is how one-paced he’s been since signing.
