I think after spending big on Solanke I just can’t see it, we never make two huge marquee signings in one window to my knowledge.

How much would Eze cost? At least another £60 million, can’t see that happening. I would be shocked to be honest if it did.

Of course, forgot they signed same window. Not exactly moves which would encourage Levy to do the same thing again.

Don’t get me wrong I think Eze would be an unreal signing and we probably do have the funds but Levy is a cautious spender and might see it as an over-extension.

dont think you can have dead weight when it comes to top level football. football is about momentum, its hard to get that going when you got players in the final third who struggle with the basics.

son and johnson would be quite decent on the counter if thats how we played. but mr postecoglou wants to be the big dick out there. cant do that with players who struggle to play off the cuff.

You can carry one IMO. He’s unconventional but he still has an impact in the box. He’s far from useless but he is a dead weight until the ball hits the final third

but realistically how good are you going to be when youre carrying players? especially players that are in important positions in the system. we got two players seeing an awful lot of the ball in tight spaces and they cant play off the cuff because they aren't natural footballers...its nonsense.

its like playing on the counter with 3 slow forwards lol.
