Am I the only one not that bothered?

If it was a substance that had a negative impact on performance I’d be much more annoyed.

I get the club need to take a stance because it’s illegal but he’s not one of our captains so all we need him to do is play well and be professional when he’s at work
It’s also about negative PR for the club.

How stupid do you have to be to film it/allow yourself to be filmed?!

I think footballers are paid so much nowadays they should be looking after themselves at all times. Remember if they weren’t being paid as much as they are then we wouldn’t be having to pay such high ticket prices to go to the games.

interesting if it fails go through and they are unable to move him on before the window closes. without that pure profit sale it would leave them in a spot of bother again i guess ?
Some on here are critical of Spurs' cautious on-out-one-in type TW strategy but examples like this illustrate how vulnerable you can become if you do all your buying before your selling. Chelsea potentially end up over a barrel if they're not careful.

He's not here any more but Kane did by his own account not touch alcohol during the season. And I don't think that it is too much of a stretch to expect similar from the rest of the team.

Especially in today's day and age were there are good non alcoholic alternatives both with beer and wine.
