So change the narrative. Post something that encourages the fans to cheer even if we go into half time trailing. It's not as if we didn't come from behind plenty of times last year.
Ok yeah.

I'll sit up in my top corner and I'll stop 63k other people booing.

People do it all the time with young players. The same way people go on about Devine and Mikey Moore in preseason saying they are going to play loads of games in the PL etc etc

They end up going on loan to Swindon for a year instead. Fans always get giddy and then they realise quite quickly that actually the kids aren't ready and we need to wait a year or two at least for any consistent impact.

It's so unrealistic to expect Bergvall and Gray to make any consistent impact this season. We are battling side like City and Woolwich who have proven top quality players and Spurs fans seriously think Gray, Bergval and Odobert are the answer to closing the gap. No wonder Levy always gets away with it, the club can serve any old tripe up in a window and fans just lap it up.

We needed to be doing what United are doing this summer, plugging the gaps with senior players that will improve the first 11, Ugarte, De Ligt, Maz, Zirkzee etc

So where does that leave us this season as a side when basically all our big signings are kids? Nowhere. We simply can't rely on them to improve the side this year, that's my whole point. So where is the improvement going to come from? Look around the squad and we are basically relying on the same players as last year + Solanke.

My whole point was we should have been signing players as an example, like Neto, Eze, Gomes plus the kids, not just the kids. How anyone can sit here now and say yeah great window are just delusional.

The sad thing is it only really needed us to swap the signing of Werner for a Neto or Eze, and then add a starting quality CM, throw the kids on top and it is a great window. But as ever the club leaves us well short.
Not really, Udogie and Sarr played a fair bit last season no?

Sir Alex Ferguson before his trophy laiden reign was ALMOST sacked by Utd....
He finished 11th, 2nd, 11th and in the 4th season were still not looking great.
They even got battered 5-1 by City. It was expected he would have been sacked (in his 4th season) when they drew Forest in the FA cup... Somehow they spawned a 1-0 to knock Forest out and went on the win the FA cup. The rest is history as they say.

Trigger happy cunts these days can't allow time for anything to blossom because they expect a fucking orchard to instantly appear after planting the seeds.

I get what you are saying, but I hope you yourself know that this is just a load of hot air, right?

It is like saying "Naah, fuck that, there is no point going into university. Bill Gates dropped out, and he is richest man in the world".

For every SAF that eventually turns things around, there are thousands of managers that wont, and it keeps getting worse.
For every Gates there are millions of dropouts who never do well...

Remember when some fans were very upset when Levy wouldn't 'pay up' for him at WBA : never done anything since !

This is another trope used to gaslight. His perceived lack of success means bugger all. He had a productive relationship with Kane from EU21, the so called dodged bullet is nothing of the kind.

It's sliding doors moment, we buy him we add Sonny and it is this triumph that fires us to a European champions league and league winning team. Under the guidance of Pochettino Berahino's whole career could have been diffrent. Levy's parsimonious nature could have cost the club and Berahino this interpretation is just as valid as the so called 'dodged bullet ' the cultists favour. And NO last summer I didn't want Orban.

Berahino is on record saying that is was his chairman Jeremy Peace who was determined not to sell him, doesn't matter what was offered that Summer.

33:20 onwards, apparently he was selling the club and if Berahino left it would have decreased the value of it.

Tbf, Berahino was never of the quality in the first place and we're lucky we didn't end up wasting our whole summer on him and getting no one in.
